By booking the Financial Diagnostic Review, you agree that Merchant Place Books will review your Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet for the most recent 1–3 months, compare them against the payout/settlement statement(s) you've received from your sales platform(s), and report back on what your current books are not capturing — along with what that gap likely means for your business. This is a diagnostic assessment based on the documents you provide, not a full audit, reconciliation, or tax filing service.
After you book, we'll email you to request the specific documents needed to complete your review (your P&L or bank/card statements, and your platform payout/settlement statement(s) for the same period).
The $95 fee is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable once the review has begun. If you choose to sign up for an ongoing monthly plan afterward, this fee is credited toward your first month.
